Dave was the best realtor my boyfriend and I could ask for, he’s very friendly, genuine, dependable, easy to chat with and very knowledgeable about everything within all the houses we looked at together. Stuck with us for months searching for the perfect first house! I actually shopped for a Real Estate Agent. I wanted one who would treat me as well as my Father (who was an agent selling mostly farms, near Teeswater 50 years ago) treated his clients. I appreciated: Dave's rural hospitality; knowledge of small town and rural properties issues; his talents as an amateur carpenter which really helps when searching out a property "with character" as I was; the speed of his replies to me; his willingness to drive to my previous residence at weird hours to work around my work hours. He went over and above for me to secure the lawn tractor/snow blower and appliances in the negotiation process.
He actually did treat my partner and me as well as my father would have. And that is saying A LOT.
